Here's the final portion of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas's ruling in this historical case where a jury in the lower court awarded J.T. $14 Million after his lawyers sued the Prosecutors, the D.A. and the DA's office for his wrongful conviction.  Clarence Thomas's opinion of the Court is instructive for anyone wishing to file a civil suit against Prosecutors under the theory J.T.'s lawyers pursued.

The facts of HOW this wrongful conviction landed J.T. in prison where some of his prison years were spent on death row, should be a WAKE UP call for all the Pastors, church ministries and community leaders that have been calling for Criminal Justice Reform for years.

Criminal Justice Reform must start by looking at legal rulings regarding behaviors of State Prosecutors involved in wrongful convictions that later result in EXONERATIONS.
